I grew up in Central Point, Oregon, graduated from Crater High School in 2005 and graduated with a degree in business from Southern Oregon University in 2010. My father worked as a REALTOR® at Remax Ideal Brokers, Inc. for eight years. He would bring myself and my brother into the office often enough that I was considered family there. I became interested in real estate at some point in my father’s career as I watched him help make people’s dreams become true and solve their problems. I realized that as a REALTOR®, he dealt with each situation differently because each transaction was unique. I watched him build relationships with clients and vendors. I became a REALTOR® in the first part of 2012, and became part of the Remax Ideal Brokers, Inc. family shortly after.

I see real estate as an amazing opportunity to build relationships and help people including:

  • Helping first time home buyers with the entire process of purchasing their first home.
  • Finding a bigger home for your expanding family.
  • Working with investors to find properties to flip or rent.
  • Helping those who are considering foreclosure find alternative solutions.

The bottom line is that my focus in real estate is on YOU.

Honesty & Integrity: My father used to tell me that there are few things in this world worth standing behind, but that honesty and integrity should always be at the top of that list. As such, I promise to be honest and forthright in all aspects of real estate.
Respect & Accountability: My beliefs in real estate are built around creating lifetime relationships, and successful relationships can only be built with respect and accountability.
Service & Results: I see perfect service as putting my clients in the best possible position to achieve a desired result.I strive to provide that perfect service for my clients even if that means driving two hours out to where you are to get the papers signed on time.
Clarity: I focus on clarity and understanding. Through the use of disclosures, estimate sheets and conversations, I strive to ensure that my clients understand the transaction.


I have built many long-term relationships with my clients.

Deciding to buy my first home was by far the biggest decision I have ever made. I had a set price point and I knew absolutely nothing about the process of purchasing a home. Meeting Cody and having him there to guide me was great. He took the time to work around my busy work schedule and was always patient when answering my hundreds of questions. Cody never pushed me to look beyond what I was comfortable paying and he never made me feel less important than any other client. Cody even helped pep my spirits when I thought it was impossible to find something with everything I wanted with my limited budget. He would repeatedly tell me that my “house was out there we just haven’t found it yet, but we will.” With his patience, knowledge and perseverance he helped me to find a house with everything that I wanted on my list. I was pretty nervous when I was thinking about buying my first home. One day shortly after beginning my search, I drove by a house for sale and it looked absolutely perfect- I knew it was the one for me! I called Cody and told him that I wanted this particular house. He hook me up with a lender and in one week’s time, I was qualified for a loan and had my offer accepted on the house. Everything was completed in a timely manner and there were no surprises. He held my hand the whole way and made my first home-buying experience a positive one.
